These are some changes I have recently made to my Simple Saws. It has increased production, and made it easier to manage lumber accuracy. I can mill much more lumber with a band before resharping the blades. The blade can be tensioned much more, and blade changes are much quicker. I also noticed that once the blade has been adjusted for running center, I never had to miss with this adjustment again. Became a once for all bands, and have not had to miss with it since. Can remove, and put on a new band in a matter of a minute or two, and be right back into the cut without tuning the new blade with every change. Next build project is going to be a swing_blade sawmill, will also function as a planer and ETC. Also I have and interesting idea for a debarker. All in time. Later, Keep the saw dust flyin', Kruppt
